The Champagne Bar & Lounge at the Andaz serves
both as the quieter extension of the Champagne Bar
and as the hotel’s central lounge.

The original interior architectural details remain
untouched though other fixtures associated with
the restaurant, such as the crustacean bar, have been
removed and replaced with a new rear bar and
informal high tables that highlight a light F&B
set-up focussing on quality cold dishes.
The introduction of new contemporary architectural
elements that also act as area dividers help form
a natural separation from the adjoining grand
staircase and underpin the ‘lounge’ concept.

Relaxed seating styles and a more contemporary
colour palette, together with the inclusion of a striking
bronze glass fireplace serve to contrast against and
compliment the traditional panelling and detailing
of the space.
